Senior Affiliate and Influencer Manager
Own the affiliate, creator, and influencer channel across the Outwork portfolio as a revenue center.
Who we are
Outwork Industries is an operating studio. Not a fund. We originate, staff, and operate consumer brands and platforms in-house, across CPG, sports nutrition, health, and e-commerce. We build from scratch, run everything with our own operators, and share the work in public.
The studio runs on three pillars: we build brands, we operate them daily, and we broadcast the process. Everyone here is an operator. The person in this role will be one too.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Affiliate and Influencer Manager to own affiliate, creator, and influencer marketing across the Outwork portfolio. You will build programs from zero, recruit creators at scale, run TikTok Shop as a primary revenue channel, manage seeding and community, hold the line on compliance, and report on the channel like a P&L.
This is not a coordinator position. We are looking for someone who can own the affiliate and creator channel as a revenue center: set the strategy, build the infrastructure, recruit and nurture creators, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and improve the program month over month with minimal oversight.
Think of it as running a distributed sales organization. The creators are the salesforce. You recruit them, train them, motivate them, measure them, and decide who earns more and who gets cut.
The person we want can walk in and answer these on day one: here is the creator acquisition strategy, here is how many creators we need, here is how we activate them, here is the commission structure, here is the seeding plan, here is how we measure it, and here is what we are changing next month based on the data.
What you will do
Program strategy and management
- Build affiliate programs from the ground up, including commission structures, tiers, bonuses, contests, and performance unlocks
- Write and maintain program terms, policies, participation requirements, and approval criteria
- Establish VIP, ambassador, and top performer tiers, and keep optimizing incentives against profitability
- Own affiliate platform selection, setup, and administration, including tracking links, UTMs, attribution windows, and coupon attribution
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, monitor compliance with program terms, and reconcile commissions, disputes, returns, cancellations, and payouts
TikTok Shop
- Run TikTok Shop Affiliate Center as a primary revenue channel across portfolio brands
- Recruit creators at scale through Open Collaboration and Target Collaboration
- Manage product invitations, samples, commission strategy, and direct creator communication inside the platform
- Build GMV focused campaigns and track content volume, sample to content rate, and conversion by creator
- Monitor product eligibility, violations, and account health
- Identify winning creator content and coordinate paid amplification with the media team, including GMV Max strategies
Creator recruitment and seeding
- Build scalable outbound recruitment systems and run direct outreach by email, DM, and creator platforms
- Research and vet creators by niche, audience, engagement, content quality, and sales potential
- Recruit both established creators and high potential micro and nano creators, and work with agencies and management companies where it makes sense
- Develop inbound creator application programs and maintain an active pipeline
- Run product seeding end to end: selection, shipping, follow up, content tracking, and sample ROI
- Control product leakage to creators who request samples and never produce content
Community and relationships
- Build an engaged creator community and communicate with creators every day
- Educate creators on products, positioning, benefits, and differentiation, and keep them ahead of launches, drops, and promotions
- Give creators messaging angles and content inspiration without making the content feel scripted
- Run creator newsletters, calls, training sessions, and office hours
- Recognize top performers and make them feel like brand insiders rather than external contractors
- Hold regular one to one contact with key creators, negotiate custom agreements, handle difficult conversations, and resolve attribution and commission disputes
- Relay creator feedback and market intelligence back to the studio
Campaigns and content
- Take campaigns from concept to execution: briefs, objectives, KPIs, deliverables, timelines, and incentives
- Coordinate with product launches and promotional calendars across the portfolio
- Identify the hooks, formats, angles, and offers that actually convert, and build libraries of winning concepts and objection handling
- Track participation, chase completion, and optimize campaigns while they are live
- Deliver post campaign reporting with recommendations, and build repeatable playbooks so the next campaign starts ahead of the last one
- Know the difference between content that generates views and content that generates revenue
Compliance
- Review affiliate and creator content for brand and regulatory compliance before and after it goes live
- Enforce FTC endorsement disclosure requirements and proper sponsorship labeling
- Maintain approved and prohibited claims documentation, and train creators on it before campaigns begin
- Flag problematic efficacy, health, or performance claims and coordinate takedowns and corrections
- Document violations and repeat offenders
Performance, analytics, and economics
- Set creator KPIs, segment the roster by performance, and manage it actively: coach, promote, reactivate, or remove
- Build leaderboards, monthly and quarterly targets, and performance based commission increases
- Report on GMV, revenue, orders, new customers, conversion rate, AOV, EPC, commission expense, CAC, creator acquisition cost, sample ROI, content production rate, revenue per active creator, activation rate, retention, and program contribution margin
- Set commissions against product margin and allowable CAC, and model whether a commission increase actually produces incremental revenue
- Analyze LTV of affiliate acquired customers and set incentives by SKU, campaign, creator tier, and customer type
- Protect the program from fraud and abuse: coupon leakage, unauthorized coupon sites, trademark and brand bidding, self referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent orders, attribution hijacking, and incentive abuse
- Turn reporting into decisions, not spreadsheets
What you bring
- 5+ years running affiliate, influencer, or creator programs, ideally for consumer products or e-commerce brands
- Hands on TikTok Shop Affiliate Center experience. This is a hard requirement, not a preference. You have personally built and run a TikTok Shop affiliate program, not observed one.
- A record of recruiting creators at scale, including finding people before they became obvious
- Command of affiliate mechanics: attribution windows, coupon attribution, tracking, commission logic, and reconciliation
- Real analytical ability. You build the reporting, read it, and change the program because of it.
- Comfort with unit economics: margin, contribution margin, allowable CAC, and LTV
- Excellent written communication. Most of this job is persuading people you have never met.
- Willingness to stay in the work. Strategic enough to architect the program, still willing to DM a creator, jump on a call, chase down content, and personally recruit someone important.
- Self directed and accountable. You manage your own workload and deliver without hand holding.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated consumer categories where claims are restricted
- Shopify and BigCommerce experience
- Paid media fluency across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
- Short form video editing or content production skills
- Discord or Slack community building
- Experience using AI tools in creator and marketing workflows
Tools and platforms
We are looking for experience across some combination of the following:
TikTok Shop Affiliate Center · GRIN · impact.com · Roster · CreatorIQ · Refersion · ShareASale · Awin · GoAffPro · Shopify Collabs · Klaviyo · Shopify · BigCommerce · GA4 · Meta Ads Manager · TikTok Ads Manager · Slack · Discord · Google Sheets · Excel
You do not need every platform on that list. You need to show that you understand the systems behind them, so switching tools is a non-issue.
First 90 days
- Days 1 to 30. Audit the existing programs, platforms, terms, creator rosters, and reporting. Deliver a channel assessment that names the gaps and the fastest revenue available.
- Days 31 to 60. Stand up the infrastructure: commission structure, tiers, program terms, tracking and attribution, seeding process, compliance documentation, and the reporting model.
- Days 61 to 90. Recruitment running at volume, first campaigns live, leaderboard published, and a monthly reporting cadence leadership can make decisions from.
Compensation & benefits
- Competitive salary
- Full benefits package
- Stock options
- Full time, onsite at Outwork HQ in Boca Raton, FL

Apply through the form on this page. Send your resume, the platforms you have run, and a short account of the best affiliate or creator program you have built: what you inherited, what you changed, and what it produced.
Links to programs, creator rosters, dashboards, or TikTok Shop accounts you have grown are welcome. Numbers help.
